I was a bit early for my train back to Dalmeny Station. So while waiting to get back to South Queensferry I popped into WHSmith to have a look for a currend yoga Magazine. I had a flick through OmYoga and literally the first article I came to was the feature on SeasonalYoga. There I am in the shop looking at three of my Trainers, Julie, Marit and Sue. I felt do proud on behalf of the two and so greatful to have been a part of the 2000 teachers trained already. I was even more chuffed once I noticed that Seasonal Yoga was one of 8 trending yoga styles featured, next to things like Iyenga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Aerial yoga, alpaca yoga, puppy yoga, goat yoga and paddle board yoga.
